Winemaking:The parcels of grapes were de-stemmed and then fermented separately for an average of two weeks. A cool and long fermentation enhanced the fresh fruit character of this wine. No sulphur dioxide was added at any stage.

Viticulture:The fruit was sourced from vineyards across South Australia: Riverland, Eden Valley and McLaren Vale.

Food Pairing:Grilled salmon with red wine reduction, duck breast, ratatouille, spinach and mushroom quiche, Pinot Noir-glazed lamb chops, beef and vegetable stir-fry

Since the beginning, they have been at the forefront of these environmentally conscious practices, setting an example for the industry. Their vineyards are alive with diverse wildlife and host beautiful natural wetlands, showcasing their dedication to ecological preservation. From their classic red varietals to the ever-popular Sauvignon Blanc, their wines consistently exhibit exceptional quality and character. They were one of the first Australian wineries to use Tetra Pak cartons for their wines.
