Borgoletto offers an inviting aromatic bouquet, delicately weaving floral and ripe fruit notes with a subtle whisper of saline minerality. On the palate, it is textural and harmonious, showcasing a refined balance between freshness and depth. The finish lingers gracefully, marked by a gentle hint of bitter almond — a signature of its varietal character. Harvest:Manual harvest. Grapes picked from the first 10 days of September through to around mid-October.

Winemaking:Cold film maceration (skin contact) for ~10-15 hours at 6-8 °C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, temperature-controlled, for about 10 days.

Viticulture:Flat vineyards at ~100 m elevation. Soils are loamy-sandy, medium texture. Cultivation uses both the short Veronese pergola and Guyot systems. Yield approx. 120 quintals per hectare.
