Harvest:The 2024 vintage was characterized by a lot of rain in the first part of the season, followed by extreme heat in July, a cool August however allowed us to guarantee excellent aromatic ripeness, overall a good vintage with lower production than average.
Winemaking:Grapes are gently pressed, carefully separating the first and second pressings to preserve purity and finesse. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by four months of maturation to develop texture and balance. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation using the Martinotti method in autoclaves for 40 days, resulting in a lively, fine-bubbled Prosecco with elegance and freshness.
