The nose opens with bright citrus zest, crunchy pear and delicate white floral notes, leading into a palate layered with Granny Smith apple, subtle tropical nuances and a touch of spicy citrus, all lifted by elegant floral accents. Fine, persistent bubbles and crisp acidity carry the wine through to a refreshing, polished finish that captures both energy and finesse.

Dark straw yellow in colour with a visibly good mousse. On the nose, citrus aromas and chocolate limes as well as Perry pears. The first sip is reminiscent of aged Champagne, with fine autolytic notes and more white-fleshed pear. Dry and well made!
