Winemaking:Spontaneous fermentation occurs in truncated cone-shaped wooden vats, with manual punch-downs and extended maceration. Aging takes place in French oak barriques for 18 months, followed by a 12-month bottle refinement.

Viticulture:A wine originating from a 10-hectare vineyard located at 100 meters above sea level, with vines averaging 20 years in age. The vineyard benefits from well-balanced soils and a mild Mediterranean climate.
