Crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise and aged in the bottle for a minimum of nine months, it develops remarkable length and refinement. The wine displays a pale gold hue with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, delicate aromas of green apple, lemon blossom, and subtle brioche emerge, leading to a palate that is bright, precise, and lively. Flavors of crisp citrus and white pear mingle with a chalky minerality, all complemented by a light, creamy texture that carries through a clean, refreshing finish.
