Winemaking:Destemming, crushing of the berries and pressing. Low-temperature alcoholic fermentation (18°C). Blending of the grape varieties.

Viticulture:Mas de Cadenet is located at the foothills of the stunning Sainte Victoire Mountain near Aix-en-Provence, with a vineyard spanning five hectares in the Côtes de Provence Appellation and 40 hectares in the Côtes de Provence of Sainte-Victoire sub-Appellation, where nearly two-thirds of their production focuses on exquisite rosé wines.
