2023 Kheirè is born from 100% Grillo grapes, cultivated at sea-level vineyards near Mazara del Vallo in Western Sicily. Part of a biodiverse estate within a protected natural area. The wine blends coastal minerality with Mediterranean elegance. On the nose: bright citrus, almond blossom, soft white-flesh fruit, delicate saline and sea-breeze notes. On the palate: harmonious and refined, with fresh acidity, a mineral backbone, slight salinity, and a long finish reminiscent of the Sicilian coastline. Partial oak aging lends subtle complexity and a creamy-textured mid-palate.
