Capturing the essence of Earth, Wild Nature wines celebrate the delicate balance between nature and viticulture. As organic pioneers since 1974, each label stands testament to the wildlife of Venice and Verona, showcasing their dedication to nurturing both land and creature.Prosecco Col Fondo is characterized by the deposit of the yeasts on the bottom: it is made according to the 'Ancestrale' method, which was used since ancient times, of second fermentation in the bottle without disgorgement. What is obtained is a dry, fruity and refreshing wine. The prolonged contact with the yeast confers a sapid and decisive finish and well-balanced flavors, with bread crust,  green apple and white peach aromas.
