Deep red hues. Toasty, blackcurrant, plum and mocha vanilla. Medium body with firm tannins providing length and mouthfeel, red fruits blackcurrant, plum and spice.

Viticulture:This Shiraz was grown at Temple Bruer's Loxton vineyard, where the vines were planted in 1996. The block was purchased by Temple Bruer in 2011, and since then has has undergone reconstruction. Previously most of the vineyard at Loxton was machine pruned so it took major redevelopment of the cordon, trellis and irrigation to ensure the vines are well looked after for the future. Malbec was planted at Moorook in 2016, and is thriving at this site.

Since the beginning, they have been at the forefront of these environmentally conscious practices, setting an example for the industry. Their vineyards are alive with diverse wildlife and host beautiful natural wetlands, showcasing their dedication to ecological preservation. From their classic red varietals to the ever-popular Sauvignon Blanc, their wines consistently exhibit exceptional quality and character. They were one of the first Australian wineries to use Tetra Pak cartons for their wines.
