The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a masterpiece of patience and tradition. Using the ancient 'appassimento' technique, grapes are naturally air-dried, concentrating their essence. Aged meticulously in French oak, its flavors of ripe plum and rhubarb unfold in layers of velvety richness.

    Viticulture:The Valpolicella wine, hailing from Verona in Veneto, is cultivated in vineyards nestled on the Illasi valley hills, elevated between 220-300 meters. These vineyards, with a calcareous soil of sedimentary origin, employ both Pergola and Guyot training systems, boasting a density of 3,000 plants per hectare.
