The palate shows an effortless structure, supported by ripe red fruit and fine persistent tannins that flow across the mouth. The acidity is balanced and conducive to a long elegant finish.

    In the late 1980s, Georg Fromm and Hätsch Kalberer came together to establish FROMM Winery. Their official winemaking journey began in 1992 with the planting of the first vines. Although the Fromms returned to Switzerland in 2008, FROMM Winery now continues under the leadership of owners Pol Lenzinger, Stephan Walliser, and George Walliser. FROMM Winery is renowned for its wines that elegantly combine European finesse with New Zealand innovation. Their core philosophy places quality, terroir, and organic principles above all else, emphasizing sustainable practices, including closely planted vines, low crop yields, and minimal irrigation. The heart of FROMM Winery is the Fromm Vineyard.
