Initially, it undergoes a fino-like maturation under the nurturing influence of flor yeasts, followed by exposure to the air akin to an oloroso. This wine boasts magnificent amber hues and exudes an intense, fragrant aroma, with intricate notes of roasted hazelnuts and enticing spices like cinnamon and cloves.
