Tasting Notes

Loïc and Noël Bulliat run a family estate spanning approximately 27 hectares in the heart of the Beaujolais region, encompassing multiple appellations. Since 2010, the estate has prioritized environmental protection and sustainable viticulture, following Organic certification practices. Through a blend of tradition and modern techniques, Noël and Loïc, his son, passionately craft wines known for their quality, preserving the distinctive character of each appellation. Morgon Baujolais exhibits a deep purple hue, and the nose is graced with aromas of lilac and violets. On the palate, it offers a rich and structured experience, with dominant flavors of vibrant cherry and ripe raspberry, complemented by smooth tannins.
