An elegant sparkling wine, cuvee of traditional rhine-hessian grape varieties, including Pinot Noir and St. Laurent. Depending on the vintage, some grape varieties are blended to create a fresh, fruity sparkling with a great mousse. Salmon-coloured, it shines in the glass with a bouquet rich in finesse, showing nuances of strawberries and red fruits. The yeast aging adds complexity and texture. 100% organic, 100% vegan.
