Harvest:Manual harvest. Grapes picked from the first 10 days of September through to around mid-October.

Winemaking:Cold film maceration (skin contact) for ~10-15 hours at 6-8 °C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, temperature-controlled, for about 10 days.

Viticulture:Flat vineyards at ~100 m elevation. Soils are loamy-sandy, medium texture. Cultivation uses both the short Veronese pergola and Guyot systems. Yield approx. 120 quintals per hectare.
