Mirgin Rosé Gran Reserva captivates with enticing aromas of freshly baked croissants, complemented by subtle undertones of apples and red berries. Alta Alella stands as the pioneering sulfite-free winemaker in the DO Cava appellation since 2006. Under CELLER DE LES AUS, they craft "transparent" wines, mirroring soil and vintage nuances. Manual harvesting, with meticulous ripeness checks, ensures each grape variety reaches its pinnacle before harvest.
