Winemaking:Crafted from a select block of Chenin grapes, a portion of the wine undergoes fermentation in concrete eggs to add depth to the texture and to intensify the initial flavors. The rest is aged in old oak, allowing for a subtle complexity.

Viticulture:The vineyards are situated on coastal sands and pea gravel from the nearby ridge, interspersed with small pockets of clay. Mid-row cropping with edible and flowering species is employed to enhance biodiversity.

Food Pairing:Crab omelette, Chicken and apple salad, Honey glazed ham, Spicy Thai green curry, Grilled shrimp with mango salsa, Brie and pear crostini, Pork tenderloin with apricot glaze, Lobster bisque, Sushi, Sashimi, Chicken and vegetable stir-fry.
