Winemaking:The grapes underwent whole cluster pressing, allowing for gentle extraction of flavors. No fining was performed prior to fermentation, ensuring the purity of the fruit is preserved. Spontaneous fermentation was initiated using native yeasts, with a moderate application of sulphites to maintain balance.

Viticulture:Perched at an altitude of 960 meters, this 80-hectare land has 60 hectares dedicated to vineyards, cultivating varieties like Malbec, Bonarda, Cabernet Franc, and more, including Viognier, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon blanc. The terrain consists of loam, interspersed with sandy loam patches.
