Champagne Robert Barbichon, a culmination of four generations in the Côte des Bar, tends to 9 hectares of vines with unwavering dedication to biodynamic practices. Certified by Demeter in 2012 for biodynamics and holding Ecocert & AB certifications for organics, their 4 Cépages is a unique offering, blending all four varietals from their estate. Typically, Pinot Noir dominant, aged for 30 months on lees, it enchants with an elegant nose of peaches and almonds, delivering a fresh, linear profile with impeccable balance.

Winemaking:First fermentation in stainless-steel vats, full malolactic followed by 10 months ageing in a mix of stainless-steel and neutral French oak barrels. 30 Months on lees. Bottled in 2017, disgorged in 2021.

Viticulture:Situated near Gyé-sur-Seine on the Côte des Bar. Over a 9-hectare area of land, 17 distinct plots. Much of the clay and limestone-based south-facing vines are about 40 years old on average, with some of the oldest vines having been planted as early as 1953.
