Château Couronneau maintains a steadfast commitment to the most rigorous standards of organic and biodynamic cultivation, securing accreditation from Ecocert in 1999 and Demeter certification in 2012. Since 2004, the estate has dedicated itself to enhancing water and waste efficiency while reducing carbon emissions. Wine Enthusiast 2020 : "This is a rich wine, spice and pepper contrasting with the green fruits and acidity. The wine's weight offers a warm texture that will become more rounded as the wine matures. ."

Winemaking Style:Innovative

Winemaking:Grapes undergo a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration process before being pressed in a closed cage pneumatic press. During the alcoholic fermentations, the temperature is meticulously maintained between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius. The wine is then filtered and blended with the free-run juice.

Viticulture:Château Couronneau graces the Molassic slopes of Sainte Foy la Grande. It enjoys an elevation ranging from 90 to 125 meters above sea level on clay-limestone soils.
