Crafted from a blend of several plots spanning from north to south within the Fixin appellation, this wine offers a vibrant aroma of fresh cherries. On the palate, it is rich with fruit and sunshine, beautifully balanced, and wrapped in velvety tannins.

Winemaking:This wine is made with 50% whole bunches and undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeast in tanks for 25 days under temperature control. Following fermentation, it is aged for 12-15 months in oak barrels, with 25% of them being new.

Viticulture:Facing east and southeast, the soil in this area is characterized by its calcareous brown composition, extending between 350 and 380 meters above sea level.
