Situated in Savigny-lès-Beaune, to the north of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Jean-Michel Giboulot proudly manages 12 hectares of vineyards across the finest appellations, including Beaune 1er Cru, Pommard, Savigny 1er Cru, and Savigny-lès-Beaune, with a predominant focus on Pinot Noir. En Brescul 2017 graces the glass with its profound and rich crimson hue, displaying captivating ruby-purple highlights. The nose is enveloped in a symphony of aromas, including blackberry, blueberry, and gooseberry, intertwined with subtle notes of cherry stone, plum, and blackberry. With the passage of time and the wine's maturation, it takes on the character of leather, chocolate, and a touch of pepper, adding depth and complexity to this remarkable vintage.
