Wine Ageing:10 months in a mix of old and 20% new French oak

Winemaking Style:Traditional

Winemaking:The fruit was hand sorted, destemmed, and fermented in open top fermenters. Gentle fermentation management with a combination of plunges and pump overs. At optimal tannin extraction, the ferment was pressed and the wine aged in barrique and puncheons consisting of 20% new oak for a period of ten months.

Viticulture:Tamar Valley’s cool maritime climate, long ripening season and ancient alluvial soils contribute to this wine’s clarity, freshness and aromatic lift.
