In the picturesque Valley of the Camels in Portugal's Alentejo region, Herdade dos Lagos has deep agricultural roots. Today, a passionate team tends to the land, fostering a harmonious coexistence with nature to preserve local biodiversity. Touriga Nacional, often hailed as Portugal's finest red wine grape, takes center stage in this vivid ruby-red wine. Its complexity unfolds with enchanting notes of blackberry jam, chocolate, and forest fruits. The velvety mouthfeel showcases a harmonious balance between tannins and acidity, complemented by subtle hints of ginger-like spice and a delightful chocolate-like sweetness.

Viticulture:Hillside ranging from 100 to 400 meters above sea level on Red shale with quartz gravel soil, planted between 2002 and 2006.
