The 2022 Wild Shiraz displays fruit-forward aromas of crushed cherries, violet and green peppercorn with a hint of vanilla thanks to the aged French barrels this wine was matured in. The medium to full body palate is velvety & well-balanced with characteristics of plum sauce, red currant & a dark chocolate finish. This wine is perfect to enjoy with food or on its very own.

Harvest:Mild conditions of warm days, cool nights, minimal rain and no heat spikes lingered from February through April, resulting in vibrant wines of supple tannins and bright natural acidity.

Winemaking:This parcel of Organic & Biodynamic Shiraz from McLaren Vale fruit was machine picked, chilled & transported quickly to our facility in Broke where it fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then stored & matured in 2nd and 3rd use French oak for 12 months before bottling.
