A small dose of sulphur is added at blending, prior to bottling. No enzymes, no fining, no filtration.

Reviews and Accolades

The Wine Front - Mike Bennie

Scents of sour cherry, game meat, tomato juice, white pepper. Similar to taste, a good mix of fruity and savoury, juicy texture with a little kiss of tannin and pleasing, sour cherry acidity to finish. Feels very unadorned, pure, vibrant yet with a mix of non-fruit character that is very appealing. Nice furry lick of tannin too. Yum.
