The Nebbiolo d'Alba Superiore D.O.C. Vigna Bric Paradis 2019 undergoes an 18-month refinement in oak casks, followed by a three-month rest after decantation. An additional six months of bottle aging precedes its release. Delicate and aristocratic, it boasts a complex aroma of dried red fruits, liquorice, violet, and vanilla. The palate reveals a textured and powerful experience, with fine-grained tannins and a warm, long-lasting finish.
