Winemaking:50% carbonic maceration for 30 days. 50% traditional vinification. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no sulphites at any part of the process.

Viticulture:Perched at an altitude of 960 meters, this 80-hectare land has 60 hectares dedicated to vineyards, cultivating varieties like Malbec, Bonarda, Cabernet Franc, and more, including Viognier, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon blanc. The terrain consists of loam, interspersed with sandy loam patches.
