Tenuta Casteani

In the heart of the lush Tuscan Maremma, nestled amidst the verdant hills of southwestern Tuscany and the gentle influence of the Tyrrhenian Sea, lies Tenuta Casteani. This Winery and Wine Resort, located in Grosseto Province, was a dream harbored by two engineers, Mario and Marco Pelosi. In 2001, they embarked on a new life in Maremma, driven by their vision. At Casteani, their mission revolves around deep reverence for the natural surroundings and, above all, a profound appreciation for the terroir. This commitment is evident in their passionate and professional cultivation of predominantly indigenous grape varieties. Vermentino takes the lead for white wines, while Sangiovese stands as the star of the reds.
