With a straw coloured hue adorned by subtle greenish highlights, this wine offers an intense and enduring olfactory experience. Aromas of apricot, pineapple, and yellow peach take the lead, gracefully followed by delicate floral notes reminiscent of wisteria and broom.

Winemaking:The vinification process begins with a gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a further maturation period, resting gracefully in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.

Viticulture:Located in the Tuscan's Maremma, the farm's soil boasts a medium-textured composition, predominantly clay and sand, enriched with a substantial calcium and limestone content
