Szamorodni, a term steeped in the traditions of Tokaj wine, carries the essence of "natural." It signifies the absence of berry selection, where fully ripe grapes are processed alongside those adorned by noble rot. This wine matures for a duration of two years, including a minimum of one year in wooden barrels. Szamorodni can be enjoyed in both dry and sweet variations. Our Édes Szamorodni from Hétszölö boasts nearly 100 g/l of residual sugar, maintaining a beautiful equilibrium between sweetness and freshness. Dressed in a straw-yellow hue, it reveals alluring aromas of apricots, raisins, and delicate hints of almonds. This luscious wine serves as an excellent companion for desserts, cheeses, and aromatic dishes.

Linseed oil, even a touch of kerosene, and very very sweet apricot jam. Roast peaches on toast. Lemon barley water and jasmine. None of the life and electric lift of the Barta or the charm of the Zsirai.
