Wine Ageing:Maturation comprises 90% in stainless steel tanks for 8-12 months, and 10% in 500L used wooden barrels for the same duration.

Harvest:Hand harvested in small 15kg crates

Winemaking:The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with pied de cuve, including malolactic fermentation. The fermentation process involves délestage 1-3 times a day for 5 days and pump over once daily for 17 days.

Viticulture:Nestled in Maremma, the vineyard boasts 85% Sangiovese vines aged 22 years and 15% Syrah vines aged 21 years, with a density of 5,000 plants per hectare and a yield of 6,000 litres per hectare.
