Winemaking:Amarone is crafted by air-drying select grapes, intensifying their sugars and flavors. Post prolonged fermentation, the wine ages, developing its signature deep, rich complexities and velvety texture.

Viticulture:The Valpolicella wine, hailing from Verona in Veneto, is cultivated in vineyards nestled on the Illasi valley hills, elevated between 220-300 meters. These vineyards, with a calcareous soil of sedimentary origin, employ both Pergola and Guyot training systems, boasting a density of 3,000 plants per hectare.
