Harvest:Grapes were handpicked in the cool early morning.

Winemaking:Grapes were soft pressed as quickly as possible. After cold settling some of the heavier solids, the still slightly cloudy juice was carefully racked to cooled fermentation tanks where it was slowly fermented to retain freshness and vibrancy. Pressings were fermented separately with a small percentage being added back into the final blend. The wine was bottled with no fining and only a light filtration.

Viticulture:Sourced from Angove Warboys Vineyard in McLaren Vale

Food Pairing:Grilled Prawns with Citrus Marinade, Branzino with Herbs and Lemon, Caprese Salad, Chicken Piccata, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, Seared Scallops with a Mango Salsa, Greek Salad, Grilled Vegetable Platter, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup, Sushi, Light Seafood Pasta

The Real Review - Stuart Knox

Light straw-yellow colour in the glass. Lemongrass and curry leaf. Savoury on the palate, lemon and lime fruit with a savoury herbal note adding character. A crunch of acidity compresses and drives, but it falls away to a slightly short finish

Halliday Companion - Ned Goodwin MW

A great Mediterranean variety, digging its heels deeper into the Vale as makers grow in courage, expressing it with personality and flare. This offers honest everyday drinking, not devoid of personality. Lemon balm, fennel, bitter almond, pistachio and apricot pith, lathering an easy, light- to gently mid-weighted finish.
