Butterfly Kiss Chardonnay has a distinctive bouquet of Lime citrus with buttery notes cashew and subtle toasty oak. On the palate mouthwatering tropical flavours with underlying white peach and oak derivated tannins to lead to a bright, fresh finish.

Harvest:The fruit was harvested over the period of a week to give a range of varietal characters.

Winemaking:Individual batches of fruit were cool fermented in stainless steel on toasty French oak followed by lees stirring to give length and roundness to the palate. Specialised organic yeast extracts were used to preserve wine freshness throughout the process. The wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
