French wine is a legacy. From Burgundy’s limestone hills to the sunlit vineyards of Provence, France has defined wine culture for centuries. But at FAB, we believe that the future of French wine lies in its roots: in organic farming, honest winemaking, and deep respect for the land.
Our curated portfolio brings together the most exciting French red wine, white wine, rosé, and sparkling wine from across the country, each bottle made with certified organic and/or biodynamic practices. These are wines with a conscience, sourced from producers who believe that great wine begins in living soil.
This July, we’re offering a glimpse into our portfolio at the Bastille Festival in The Rocks, Sydney, but this collection is available year-round through FAB.

ALSACE
Domaine de l’Envol – Alsace AOC Pinot Gris 2021
Aromas of ripe orchard fruit, pear, and honey meet subtle spice and a creamy, velvet-textured palate. This Pinot Gris delivers richness balanced by freshness, finishing long and elegant, ideal for lovers of off-dry whites with gastronomic flair.
About the Producer: Domaine de l’Envol is located in Ingersheim, near Colmar, and was born from the union of two wine families. Today they farm 20 hectares biodynamically and are recognized for their purity-driven wines. Their symbol, the dandelion, represents both resilience and harmony, values reflected in their gentle, terroir-forward winemaking.
BEAUJOLAIS
Vignobles Bulliat – Morgon ‘Le Colombier’ 2023
A classic Morgon, this French red wine shows vibrant cherry, wild raspberry, violets, and lilac, with smooth tannins and refreshing acidity. It’s juicy, floral, and layered. It is Gamay at its best.
About the Producer: Father-and-son team Noël and Loïc Bulliat farm 27 hectares in the heart of Beaujolais, across ten appellations. They’ve been certified organic since 2010 and focus on wines that preserve the purity and freshness of Gamay while expressing the personality of each village.
BORDEAUX
Château Falfas – Côtes de Bourg ‘Les Demoiselles’ 2019
Supple and elegant with floral violet aromas and black fruit depth. Smoky, grilled notes give way to a plush core of ripe fruit and structured tannins, this is a Bordeaux with both soul and precision.
About the Producer: Château Falfas sits on a historic hillside in Bayon, founded in 1612 and once owned by the Lords of Lansac. Since 1988, it’s been farmed biodynamically under the guidance of Véronique Cochran. Today, the wines are crafted with minimal intervention, relying on indigenous yeast and showcasing Bordeaux’s age-worthy structure and finesse.
BURGUNDY (BOURGOGNE)
Clos des Rocs – Mâcon-Fuissé ‘En Vers Chanes’ 2020
This Chardonnay is rich with citrus and pear notes, layered with mineral tension and a soft round finish. It shows the sunny generosity of Mâcon balanced by the limestone clarity of Fuissé’s terroir.
About the Producer: In 2002, Olivier Giroux took over a historic domaine in Saint-Philibert and created Clos des Rocs, transitioning 100% of the estate to organic viticulture. With old vines (average age over 60 years) and east-facing limestone slopes, his wines are generous yet refined, reflecting the classic profile of southern Burgundy with a modern organic edge.
CHAMPAGNE
70% Meunier leads this sleek, mineral Champagne, aged 24 months on lees. Aromas of limestone, lemon zest, and wild strawberry finish in a dry, savory flourish.
About the Producer: Based in the Ardre Valley southwest of Reims, Elemart Robion is a grower-producer working with clay-limestone soils. All wines are made using traditional methods, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, and matured on lees with low dosage (3g/L), highlighting purity and tension.
JURA
Domaine de Villet – Arbois Savagnin Ouillé 2018
This white wine from the Arbois appellation is nothing short of a revelation. Aged ouillé (topped up), it avoids oxidation and expresses exotic, savory, and floral elements: dried apricot, white flowers, marzipan, herbs, and a hint of reduction that adds depth.
About the Producer: Based in Jura’s winemaking capital, Arbois, Domaine de Villet is a true family-run domaine and a torchbearer for natural wine in the region. They work exclusively with local grapes—Savagnin, Ploussard, Trousseau, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir and farm organically with biodynamic principles. Their wines are traditional in appearance but wildly expressive in the glass.
LOIRE VALLEY
Vincent Gaudry – Sancerre ‘Le Tournebride’ 2019
A flinty, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc bursting with ripe passionfruit, citrus, and currant leaf. It’s zesty, precise, and speaks clearly of its chalky Sancerre roots.
About the Producer: Vincent Gaudry was one of the first vignerons in Sancerre to go biodynamic. His vines sit on limestone and flint-rich soils, and his wines, made with minimal sulfur and native yeast, offer a textured, soulful take on Loire Valley classics.
RHÔNE VALLEY
Domaine Laurent Habrard – Crozes-Hermitage Blanc 2022
A blend of 95% Marsanne and 5% Roussanne, this Rhône white offers citrus peel, yellow stone fruit, and white flowers, with a silky texture and mineral finish.
About the Producer: Laurent Habrard represents the fifth generation of winemaking in the Rhône, taking over his family estate in 1998. By 2008, he had converted fully to organic farming. Laurent practices low-intervention winemaking and uses little to no sulphites—making wines that are both environmentally conscious and vibrantly expressive.
PROVENCE
Mas de Cadenet – Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire Rosé 2023
Pale pink and perfumed with citrus, red fruit, and florals, this French rosé wine is bone dry, elegant, and fresh with a saline finish.
About the Producer: Mas de Cadenet is one of the oldest wine estates in Provence, with seven generations of winemaking history. Their Sainte-Victoire cuvée comes from limestone-rich soils and is considered the flagship wine of the house—organic, expressive, and perfect for Mediterranean fare.
