Winemaking: Fermented in a stainless steel 3000 litre tank. Minimal intervention in the winery and fermentation with wild yeasts.

Viticulture:A blend of different Tempranillo clones from vineyards in the Valdepila valley (800 m altitude). Organic certified vineyard in the highlands with less than 400 litres of rain each year.
