Situated adjacent to the historic town of Belchite in Bajo Aragón, 'Finca La Dehesa' is a pristine single vineyard. At an elevation of 550 meters, it gracefully aligns with the arid path of the Aguasvivas River, creating an idyllic setting for cultivating white Grenache. The wine entices with a fragrant bouquet, offering aromas of green pear, white peach, hints of unripe mango, zesty citrus, and delicate sweet floral notes. On the palate, it unfolds as a richly flavored wine, graced with subtle herbaceous undertones and the distinctive terroir minerality characteristic of this region. Lively notes of green fruits, ripe peach, and vibrant grapefruit interplay harmoniously. Winemaking:Fermentation without skins for three weeks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Aging for four months in 500L French oak barrels with lees, periodically stirred.

Viticulture:Finca La Dehesa in Belchite, part of the IGP Bajo Aragón, practices organic cultivation at an elevation of 560m. The soils, a mix of calcareous and clayey compositions, aid in water retention in an area with low rainfall.
