Winemaking:Fermentation takes place for 8 days in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature at 26ºC. The wine undergoes an extended maceration period to extract the full potential of the grapes.

Viticulture:Finca Mas de Aranda, located in Lécera, IGP Bajo Aragón, boasts organic vineyards at an altitude of 560m. The limy and clay soils, with low organic matter content, yield mineral-rich lands that impart distinctive characteristics to the wines.

Food Pairing:Sausage & lentil simmer, Beef sirloin with mashed potatoes and green asparagus, Rogan Josh, Cheddar cheese, Manchego cheese, Lamb gyros with tzatziki sauce.
