    Light rose pink colour. Lifted strawberries and cream, watermelon with hints of strawberry spice and briar leaf. A refreshing zesty palate showing lovely bright fruits, complexity and good length.

    Winemaking Style:Traditional / low-intervention

    Harvest:A moderate crop of Grenache, Carignan and Shiraz grapes was handpicked in the cool early morning.

    Winemaking:The grapes were crushed and chilled to press on arrival at the winery. The light soft pink free run juice was moved to cooled fermentation tanks. Once fermentation was complete the wine was racked off lees and given a light filtration prior to bottling on site.
