Why Shop Our Amphora Collection?
You understand that a great bottle is about more than just flavour; it's about texture, history, and a pure expression of the grape. Our curated collection is the destination for that search.
When you shop our range of amphora wine, you are accessing a selection personally vetted by our experts. We focus on producers who embrace minimal-intervention and organic principles, allowing the porous, neutral clay to work its magic. The result is a wine with the textural complexity of barrel-aging but with the vibrant, unadulterated fruit of a wine made in steel. It is the purest reflection of the grape.

Your Questions Answered
Are these wines ready to drink now or should they be cellared? While many of these wines have the structure for further aging, they have been selected at a point where they are showing beautifully right now. The amphora aging process has already softened their tannins and built complexity, making them ready to enjoy upon arrival.
What makes your amphora selection different? Our focus is on authenticity and organic integrity. We don't just look for wines that use an amphora; we seek out producers whose entire philosophy is about minimal intervention. Each bottle is a benchmark of quality, chosen by our team to represent the very best of this ancient craft.
How should I serve these wines? To best appreciate their unique textures and aromas, we recommend serving them slightly chilled, but not as cold as a typical white wine (around 12-14°C is perfect for whites and rosés). Decanting can also be beneficial, especially for the more structured red wines.
