Dedicated to Countess Matilde di Canossa, a pioneer in local winegrowing, this Lambrusco with a dark tinge is perfect from aperitif to meat dishes. An off-dry sparkling red, it blends two Lambrusco varietals sourced from organic and biodynamic agriculture. Its long and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts makes it an ideal introduction to the Lambrusco world. With a ruby-red hue, violet/claret highlights, and effervescent bubbles, this wine offers a long and fruity profile, featuring prominent notes of violet and sour cherry.
