Winemaking Style: Minimal Intervention

Winemaking: Fermented in a stainless steel 3000 litre tank, Natural yeasts were used in the fermentation process, and there was little interference in the winery.

Viticulture:Vineyards situated at approximately 900 metres elevation, organically certified and located in the hills with less than 400 litres of annual rainfall.
