Winemaking:The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a 3-week maceration of the skins and frequent pumping over. It then ages in large oak barrels (20-60hl) for 24 months, followed by an additional 6-8 months of aging in the bottle.

Viticulture:La Morra, located at an elevation of 400 meters, features calcareous and marl soils.

Their dedication to preserving local traditions is unwavering, evidenced by their organic vineyards and spontaneous fermentation. Within their cellar, an array of large wooden barrels, ranging from 20 to 60 hl, provides the perfect environment for wine maturation. The crown jewel, Barolo R56, adorned with the coveted 3 glasses of the Gambero Rosso, showcases their winemaking prowess.
