Winemaking:The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a 3-week maceration of the skins and frequent pumping over. It then ages in large oak barrels (20-60hl) for 24 months, followed by an additional 6-8 months of aging in the bottle.

Viticulture:La Morra, located at an elevation of 400 meters, features calcareous and marl soils.

Within their cellar, an array of large wooden barrels, ranging from 20 to 60 hl, provides the perfect environment for wine maturation.
