Nestled on the slopes of the Sèvre, stretching between Saint-Fiacre and Monnières, the estate's vineyards enjoy optimal ripening conditions, allowing Muscadet to express the true essence of its terroir. The "Clos de la Févrie" cuvée is a masterpiece crafted from ancient vines, some dating back to 1922, nestled on the finest terroirs of the estate. This Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, aged on lees, boasts a robust and generous body, bursting with extroverted flavors. The finish is graced with the richness of ripe bitters and subtle praline undertones, promising an exceptional tasting experience.

Winemaking:Grapes are destemmed and undergo low-temperature controlled vinification in stainless steel. The wine then ages on lees for 11 months.

Viticulture:70-years-old vines are planted in Coteaux de la Sèvre, where the shallow subsoil draws nutrients from deeper mineral substrata of gneiss and granite, imparting unique character to the wine.
