Winemaking:Each parcel undergoes whole bunch pressing and individual fermentation, including MLF. The Estate blend combines parcels and reserve wines, aged in tanks and barrels. Bottled for secondary fermentation, it ages on lees and cork, with a dosage of 8.5g/l.

Viticulture:Oxney is the UK's largest organic vineyard, spanning 14 hectares. Located near the English Channel, it boasts a unique microclimate, sandy loam soil, and cultivates Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and other varietals.
