Their 'Piota', a standout Pinot Noir from Oltrepo Pavese’s renowned hills, unveils a scarlet hue, captivating with wild berry and liquorice aromas, and enchanting palates with its warm, structured, and silky tannin essence.

Harvest:Machine harvested first two weeks of September.

Winemaking:Fully destemmed grapes, after crushed the must is sent for fermentation with the skins at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days, during which several pump-overs are performed. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is then racked off.

Viticulture:The Oltrepò Pavese benefits from a mild climate influenced by the sea, rivers, and varied soils: marl, limestone, sand, and clay. Renowned for its Pinot Nero and sparkling wines, it's crossed by the 45th parallel, the renowned "wine parallel", linking esteemed wine regions globally.

Food Pairing:Roasted pork tenderloin, Wild rice and mushroom pilaf, Sausage and lentil casserole, Tagliatelle with creamy wild mushroom sauce, French onion soup, Squid ink pasta, Roast pheasant.
