Clos del Mas, a product of Spain's pioneering Mas Blanc estate and the first biodynamic winery under Bodegas Pinord S.A., is an exemplary red wine from the esteemed DOQ Priorat region. It skillfully combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Cariñena, and Garnacha varieties to create a harmonious blend. The wine greets the senses with a fragrant bouquet of ripe fruits, minerals, and spices, heralding a rich and captivating sensory experience. Visually, it boasts a clear, dark mahogany hue enriched with enticing purple tones, hinting at its intense character. On closer examination, the aroma of ripe fruits dominates, complemented by subtle nuances of minerals and spices that become more pronounced with proper aeration. Clos del Mas achieves a superb equilibrium, melding its pronounced fruitiness and full body with the added complexity of oak aromas. Winemaking:Clos del Mas undergoes an 18-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by blending and a year's aging in barrels, concluding with refinement in the bottle.

Viticulture:The vineyards of Clos del Mas are planted on steep terraces etched into rugged hillsides, at elevations of 400-500 meters above sea level, with soil predominantly comprising Llicorella, a unique slate and quartzite blend that imparts distinctive minerality and complexity to the wines.

Food Pairing:Tandoori lamb chops, Filet mignon with gorgonzola sauce, Oxtail stew, Beef and black bean, and Roast beef.
