Guided by organic principles, Alberto and Alessandra Antonini cultivate their vineyards in perfect harmony with nature. Their mission: to craft wines that authentically capture the terroir and symbolize this cherished land. The wine, a deep garnet hue, emanates intricate aromas of dark berries, green herbs, and subtle charred oak. On the palate, it mirrors this complexity, with dark berries, savory herbs, spices, and a hint of tar. Fine tannins offer a juicy mouthfeel, leading to a long, dry, mineral-infused finish.

Winemaking:The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented in temperature-controlled cement tanks with their indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.

Viticulture:Situated 100 meters above sea level, this vineyard boasts marine-origin, calcareous soil rich in fossils and white shells.
