Country of Origin:Australia

Serving Temperature: 7-13C°C

Drink By:2025

Winemaking Style:Traditional

Harvest:The 2020 growing season was characterised by dry and warm weather; although the summer had minimal rain and some of the mildest conditions seen in the past 20 years, the region enjoyed steady fruit development and low disease pressure across the board.

Winemaking:The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed with the juice drained off directly to create a bright pink hue. The wine was then fermented cold in stainless steel using aromatic yeast strains. Specialised organic yeast extracts were used to preserve freshness throughout the process with minimal intervention to preserve the natural fruit character.

Food Pairing:Smoked Chicken And Avocado Salad, Roasted Roma Tomatoes With Basil And A Drizzle Of Olive Oil, Grilled Prawn And Mango Salad, Smoked Salmon With Dill And Capers, Caprese Salad With Mozzarella And Balsamic Glaze, Roasted Red Pepper And Feta Salad, Avocado And Black Bean Salad, Smoked Trout With Horseradish Cream, Spinach And Bacon Salad With Honey Mustard Dressing, Heirloom Tomato And Burrata Salad, Cucumber And Dill Yogurt Salad, And Roasted Eggplant With Tahini And Pomegranate.
